John Fetters Continues to Rage on

double left click on photos to enlarge

As anyone can see from reading the article above and which was printed in "Grouse Tales" in May 1994, Maurice Ryman broke all ties he had to John Fetters and the "Ryman Gun Dog" kennel where John Fetters was the "Owner, Trainer, Breeder, and Importer ". Maurice Ryman was the "Co-Owner, Public Relations Representative according to the last page in one of John Fetters ancient "Ryman Gun Dog Kennels brochures. I am sure Mr. Fetters will accuse us of just manufacturing this page from his ancient brochure.

John Fetters claims in his blog that Maurice Ryman never had to write letters or do anything from the kennel. That does not sound like a "co-owner and Public relations Representative to me.

John Fetters sent us the letter on the right from the "Ryman Gun Dog Kennels" in 1993 shortly before Maurice Ryman declared that he and his attorney agreed that "Mr. Fetters has extremely overstepped his bounds..." "Maurice Ryman" is the spurious signature on the letter. We believe John Fetters signed Maurice's name. John Fetters now claims on his blog that we just wrote this letter to ourselves. This letter shows its age and was done on a typewriter which we do not own and have not owned for several decades.

There is more evidence to come to show what outrageous allegations are being made by the mad man who has a vendetta against Setters West, our beautiful dogs including our Sage who passed away more than four years ago. Sage's dam, Sheba, and her sire, Buck, are both deceased. John Fetters has no idea what he is talking about concerning DNA testing. You cannot do it on deceased dogs.

Maurice Ryman took away the Ryman name from John Fetters and declared that he could never use it for his kennel, signs, advertising, et cetera because of his deceitful doings.

It was shortly after Maurice Ryman sent broke off all business relationships with John Fetters that Mr. Fetters sent us a letter trying to sell some older "Ryman" setters from his kennel and establish a business relationship in the "midwest". Little did he realize where Montana is on the map. He claims that we just manufactured this letter. It was done with a typewriter and we have not owned one for decades.

You can view our beautiful setters who are all rightly registered along with all of their offspring with American Field Publishing (as opposed to what Mr. Fetters falsely claims in his blog). at
